MEMORIAL AWARDS

 

What better way to remember a martyr than to receive a scholarship in their name? Our memorial awards program keeps the memory of the martyr alive by setting up a scholarship in their alma mater to inspire and motivate younger generations. We have set up memorial awards in nearly 16 schools and colleges so far.

These awards serve three clear purposes:

  • Immortalize the martyr belonged to the institution.
  • Motivate and inspire students to pursue their passion with dedication and respect for the soldier for his undying patriotic spirit.
  • Enhance the stature of the spouse of the brave soldiers as the spouse will be invited to give away the award.

Turning memories into positive action

 

The “Memorial Award Endowment” is a permanent and irrevocable endowment and is granted to children from educational institutes where the martyr studied. The educational institute will use the income derived from the fund of INR50,000 to be distributed as a cash award and certificate to any one Class XII student possessing excellent leadership skills.

Our Memorial Awards Program has been a huge success, with great responses.
